Although our pPanel began with CyberPanel as a foundational framework, it has since developed into a distinctly independent platform with no overlap in the vulnerable areas exploited in this incident.

Upon learning of the vulnerability, we immediately initiated rigorous, precautionary antivirus scans and security measures across our systems. While these preventive actions may have caused minor, temporary impacts on performance, they confirmed that our platform remains fully secure, and no instances of compromise were found within Pofii’s infrastructure. The specific vulnerabilities exploited in CyberPanel were verified as non-existent in pPanel’s independent codebase.
